Amir founded Icon Technology with a clear mission: give companies access to world-class engineering without the overhead of building an in-house team from scratch.

With over a decade of experience shipping production systems across fintech, healthcare and enterprise SaaS, Amir leads the company's strategic vision and engineering culture. He is hands-on with architecture reviews, client relationships and mentoring senior engineers.

Before Icon Technology, Amir held senior engineering roles at fast-growing startups and led platform teams at enterprise organizations. He holds a degree in Computer Science and is an active contributor to open-source projects in the cloud-native ecosystem.
