With 8 years of experience in DevOps and site reliability engineering, Elena has built infrastructure for high-traffic platforms serving millions of users. She is proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Prometheus and Grafana.

Before joining Icon Technology, Elena was a senior SRE at a cloud-native startup, where she implemented zero-downtime deployment strategies and built the observability stack from scratch. She is passionate about automating everything and building systems that are self-healing and cost-efficient.
